What is Frogweather?

Frogweather is a tool that was created to rate the current weather around the world based on how friendly it is for frogs.

Obviously, frogs are diverse animals with a wide variety of ideal habitats. Frogweather is built on the general assumption that frogs prefer damp, humid environments that are not experiencing extreme temperatures.

How did you make Frogweather?

Frogweather is built in Javascript (yes, just regular Javascript, but I did include JQuery because I don't hate myself) using the tomorrow.io weather API. The animations were made in Adobe Animate.

What is the future of frogweather?

I intend to update the artwork and animations to be more polished. After that, I will probably do something else and host it here as well, despite potentially not being related to frogs or weather.
